Testimonials:

"Since initiating some of your ideas my business has been up 30%! My
competition is wondering what's happening. They are surprised that I
came from behind to start to lead the pack. I'm still learning and
trying more of what I learned from your materials. Thanks for
everything."

"It is not often that you will come across the marketing skills and savvy that Brian possesses. I know because I have spent many profitable years as a marketing consultant and expert for the biggest and most famous copywriters in the country. Just a few names you may recognize are Jay Abraham, Gary Halbert, Ken Kerr, Brian Kay, and many many more."

Carl Galletti, AZ.

"The copywriting world is full of pie-in-the-sky "fluff" marketers. I'm not impressed with promises until I have tested them in a practical way. I tested 3 specific techniques in my advertising copy that I learned from Brian and received an average of 15% per thousand! The test was small, but my results were HUGE in comparison with the pull of the previous letter I used BEFORE implementing the techniques I learned from Brian. The 15% response that I received was from implementing just these 3 simple techniques made a believer out of me!"

4 Basic Steps To A Successful Salon Website

Salon owners without a salon website are missing out on easy local internet marketing.

More and more people are searching for salons on the Internet, even when there's a salon down the street from them. The web has become ingrained in our daily lives and we can't help but use it to find deals around the world, and locally.

A simple website is easy to create yourself, or you can hire someone to do it for a small fee. But before you jump in, you should be aware of how to design your salon website to have the best chance of success.

Effective salon websites have at least these 4 simple features in common...

  • Easy to read

  • Easy to load

  • Keyword optimized

  • Lead generation

Your website must be easy for your prospective customer to read. Do not use all kinds of colors, banners, ads, flashy images, and music that automatically plays. etc. Keep it simple for eyes , and keep your copy simple as well. Write your copy with your prospective customer in mind.

Salon websites that load quickly get higher readership and clickthroughs . Be sure you do not have a lot of graphics and Java script on your site, otherwise people with lower bandwidth will have trouble with your pages loading.

Optimize your pages with keywords that your customers are searching for. For example, if your customers are searching for 'Glenshire hair salon', be sure you have your index page (or a page dedicated to this keyword phrase). But the key to success is to write excellent content and sprinkle your keyword or phrase throughout your page. Otherwise if you simple write a short paragraph and randomly and blatantly repeat 'Glenshire hair salon', the search engines will ban you.

Your salon website should have a mechanism for capturing your prospective customers name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. At the very least you should capture their name and e-mail address. But I am not saying to capture it without their consent. You should capture their information with their permission by offering a free newsletter, mini course, or a freebie of some sort. This way you can e-mail and mail your prospect, even call them if you get their phone number, so you can win them as a customer.

A good salon website will incorporate these 4 simple elements into their salon marketing if they really want to make their business grow.

Their are a lot of other important elements that make a salon web site sell, but focus on these 4 for now and you'll see better results.
